Online therapy aims to help you with your mental wellness in these busy and complicated and unprecedented times. We offer all of our services, virtually.
What you need:
You will need to have access to a private space to talk. You will need a device and a high-speed internet connection or appropriate data availability. You will need to provide permission to access your camera through your device whether it is a smartphone, tablet, a laptop or a desktop computer.

Choose a therapist
Review our therapists bios and see if one feels like a right fit for you. You can also send us a message and someone will contact you to determine the best fit based on your unique needs.
PLAN FOR CHANGE
In your first session, we’ll take a some information about you and your history and develop a therapy plan, and commit to change. Plan 90 minutes for your first session.
MAKE IT HAPPEN
Through weekly sessions or bi-weekly sessions, you and your therapist will work as a team to help you learn, grow, and advance in your life. Most sessions are 50 minutes to allow your therapist / counsellor 10 minutes for administrative tasks.
